I grabbed these after seeing a few other people say they were good, they were right. Everything showed up fresh and worked really well. The quality was better than I expected, so no complaints from me.

I ordered a few things from thesmokeplug.com i just felt good opening the box and seeing that everything was actually what I picked. The flavors, sizes, and amounts all matched, which sounds basic, but it really makes a difference when you’re waiting on an order.
I’m not going all the way to 5 stars because the packing was kind of not as clean as I expected, nothing major though. Nothing was missing, nothing was wrong, and overall I left with a solid feeling about it.

"Good value, honestly"
I had a good experience overall. The prices were better than a few other places I looked at, and what I ordered actually felt worth the money, which is always nice. Shipping wasn’t super fast, but it also wasn’t painfully slow or anything. Then suddenly I’m like, why is shipping still so expensive everywhere?! But yeah, aside from wishing there were more deals or cheaper shipping, I’d probably order from them again

"Discreet packaging, no problems"
Not gonna lie, I was a little worried about the packaging, but it showed up in a plain box with nothing on it giving away what was inside. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but everything arrived fine. Overall, solid experience, 4 stars.

"Not worth the hassle for the price"
I had a frustrating time using the site. It was hard to find what I was looking for, and some of the pages loaded slower than I expected. If the prices were amazing I might be more patient, but I don’t want to spend extra time digging around unless I’m getting a really good deal.

"Refund showed up, but the waiting was annoying"
My return got accepted without any real issue, but then I had to sit around and be patient while the refund took its time. Support did respond, so it wasn’t like I was ignored, but it definitely wasn’t quick either. Overall it worked out fine, I just wish I didn’t have to practice so much forced patience to get my money back.

"Shipping was slow and nobody seemed to own the issue"
My order showed up way later than expected, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for helping, shipping company, seller, customer service, everyone kind of seemed to pass it around. The wait was annoying enough, but the lack of ownership made it worse...
